My wife went in for oil change and came out in tears. Service adviser (Ryan) from h.e.l.l. Don't know why Maita has him working in that position. Belittled my wife for asking a question and more. Needed B1 service on my 2017 Honda Accord I came in for an oil change and tire rotation - without an appointment. The service person assisting me explained what is normally completed during t I came in for an oil change and tire rotation - without an appointment. The service person assisting me explained what is normally completed during the B1 servicing that was showing on my dash panel. The price was acceptable, so I waited for the work to be completed. It took a reasonable amount of time and then I was on my way. The office staff were very pleasant and efficient when I paid the bill. More

Incredible Customer Service The service I received, from the time I dropped off my my vehicle to the the time I picked it up, was outstanding. I was in the process of moving when the engine light lit up. I took my vehicle to Miata Honda to find out why. I found out there was an oil pressure issue, and it was going to take some to order the part needed and repair the vehicle. When the person, who checked my car in, found out I was busy moving, he offered me a loaner vehicle. The loaner vehicle was comparable to my vehicle, so I could finish the task of moving. Thanks to Marta Honda the process of moving was not delayed. This has to be the best customer service I've experienced anywhere. More
