This time he found a bad battery (only 2 years old so I had no clue) which was still fully covere For basic lube service, Craig Griggs is the man. This time he found a bad battery (only 2 years old so I had no clue) which was still fully covered under warranty. That was awesome. Even threw in a complimentary car wash. What's not to like? The lounge and separate computer room are great places to hang as well, read the newspaper, watch TV, buy parts or check out the new Type R on the showroom floor down the hall. ("Please don't touch!") There are even plenty of places to make a reasonably private phone call. Maita's a nice place run by good people. Definitely worth checking out for those looking for a friendly dealership with high standards. More

Patient and prompt. I originally talked to Steve who showed me different models. When I came back he was off, so Nick helped me from there. We checked Maita Honda's online stock and found a vehicle that fit what we were looking for. We phoned ahead to make sure they had the vehicle on the lot. We were put in touch with a sales associate (Victor) who indicated he would have the car ready to look at upon our arrival. We arrived a little earlier than we indicated over the phone. However, the vehicle was already cleaned and up front, ready for us to check out and test drive. When we entered the dealership, we were greeted immediately and Victor was called to meet us. Victor was friendly, informative and patient and did not try to sell us anything we were not interested in. Overall it was a great experience and above what we expected when buying a car from a dealership. I recommend Maita Honda. Thanks Victor! More
