I may be FEMALE but I do know what I am talking about most times. If I had been wrong I would have said to do the.complete diagnostic. I had just spent an hour with tow truck driver that told me it was the starter. now two days later I am having problems once again. Hoses left loose amount other things. More money out of my pocket..... More

A great experience before I even got to the lot I came into contact with Maita through the USAA car buying search. Right at the start Kevin gave me a great price through email. He was very patient w I came into contact with Maita through the USAA car buying search. Right at the start Kevin gave me a great price through email. He was very patient with all of my questions (I had more than a few) and didn't pressure me to just come into the dealer. He gave me an out the door price, which helped me want to work with them even more (I'm a new buyer and was apprehensive of the sell process). He brought me in for a test drive and had me work with Cammie (also great) who walked me right through everything, and helped me work out the offers from Honda to get the price right where I wanted it. I think the only issue was that the APR was swapped from 1.9% to 4.9% in the paperwork when I signed, my fault for not noticing. BUT I contacted Kevin and he worked double hard to get it fixed. Mary Ellen prepped all the paperwork before I came in and I was in and out with my correct APR in 10 min. Oh, the car is great too XD More
