Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I only drove one car. Therefore, we could not stay for that long a period of time. Paul tried his best to accommodate us by suggesting that Service works on one of the issues (entertainment - radio static) and suggested for me to schedule another appointment with Service to work on other issues (such as the GPS, etc.). He said that my radio needed an update. He was patient with me and tried to expedite the process. Although I seemed impatient and hungry, Paul was very courteous and attentive to my needs.
