I previously came in for service in 2017 and had a great experience with very professional service, I felt good spending my money there. At my recent appointment the service department provided a thorough diagnostic, which I appreciated, I liked the process and the video provided. Unfortunately, the woman who was assisting in the office was passive aggressive and gave the impression that I was annoying her. I did nothing wrong and was quite respectful despite her behavior. I would be interested in getting the work done there or purchasing a new car from the lot but I don't like how I was treated. I expect that if I ever choose to come to this location again, there will be better customer service displayed. More
