Good service and took my car at the appointed time. I moved from Ohio and thus am making comparisons to the dealership I used there. When I purchased the car in Ohio, they recommended having the key fob batteries replaced proactively when the car was in for regular service. When I requested this at Maita, I was first told that I should wait until the car detects a low fob battery. I explained that this may happen at an inconvenient time and place and as the batteries are not all that easy to replace, I preferred them to be replaced at the time of service. The staff ultimately agreed to do this. I like the video the mechanic provides; however I think it does not replace the mechanic coming out for a quick chat to answer any questions, More

I have given this dealership a 5 star rating within the last month. However, I don’t quite understand what happened in the service department on Tuesday. I had an 11am pre-inspection scheduled that was s last month. However, I don’t quite understand what happened in the service department on Tuesday. I had an 11am pre-inspection scheduled that was supposed to take only 2-3 hours to complete. Since I hadn’t heard back from the service department by 3:45pm I called to see if the inspection had been completed. Unfortunately, my service advisor told me that the repair center had gotten backed up and they were getting ready to inspect my vehicle within a few minutes. I would have appreciated a phone call as sows they were aware of the wait. That way I could have rescheduled. After I paid for the pre inspection at Maita Mazda, I arrived within 5 minutes of the selling auto dealership before their closing! This 3 hour appointment extended to a 6 hour appointment, which wasted my entire day. More

I got the get 3 tires and then the 4th at $1 promo.
