Didn’t check air filter under hood of car. Reported that they did check it and it was good. Changed cabin air filter and then check inside hood air filter and it needed to be changed - visibly Reported that they did check it and it was good. I called to check on a 2023 CX 5 Carbon Edition price out the door. Fritz took the call and he was advised that I already have a quote from a nearby Mazda dealership, if the can do better. With minutes, Fr the door. Fritz took the call and he was advised that I already have a quote from a nearby Mazda dealership, if the can do better. With minutes, Fritz called back, they quoted $1000 less than the other dealership. Same model but has more options. Can in same day and paid cash. I was out the door less than 30 minutes. I will buy another Mazda from them soon. More
