I see the decline in service quality over the years. They used to provide car wash and shuttle. Small things like that will make experience much better but they no longer offer them. Sulvi helped us buy our 2023 CX5 and she was incredible! She was kind, not at all pushy, and very knowledgeable about the car. She walked us through all the bells and whistles and reached out a couple days She was kind, not at all pushy, and very knowledgeable about the car. She also offered to bring the navigation chip they had to order to us so we didn't have to go out of our way!! Can't recommend her enough! More
