Poor customer service. Had my car in service for almost 3 months and couldn’t even bother to update me. I had to call in everytime to get an update. Was not able to help me with my issue of a slipping transmission. Technician reported that there was nothing was wrong with my car. Good things it’s a transmission problem and is under warranty.
