Maita always does great work. Can't fault them for that. However, on my last visit, it took them nearly two hours to do an oil change & tire rotation. I had an appointment, and was right on time. It took a full fifteen minutes for someone to come over and write me up. It seems like they must book more appointments than they can handle at one time. They need to be much more efficient to get a five star rating. More

2019 suburu received timely maintenance On April 6, 2020, the technicians checked my battery which had to be jumped for me to get to Maita. They also did a maintenance check of all parts. Quick, friendly, efficient I just took my new (1-year-old) Subaru in for its second, free oil change and had friendly, fast service.
