They (Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet) quoted me $372.00 parts and labor to replace. 179.00 an hour for labor. And 179.00 for diagnosis. I could not afford that price. I bought the part for $79.00 at Autozone and took it to Yash Auto repair and they replaced it in 25 minutes and only charged me $100.00. FYI, 2 other chevy dealerships also quoted me in excess of $350.00. I hate being overcharged. I hope this post helps someone. And by the way, it was a worker at autozone who recommended Yash auto repair to me after I shared with him the prices that were quoted to me. I was very blessed today. More

I have purchased about 30 cars in the last 10 years and this dealership was the worse experience of all time. Customer service, empathy, and integrity does not exist at this dealer. Sales and Management at this dealership was the worse experience of all time. Customer service, empathy, and integrity does not exist at this dealer. Sales and Management at this dealer have no clue about their own cars or GM process of new car orders/delivery. If you are shopping for a new or used car, there are much better dealers in the area. I would avoid this one at all costs. Save yourself the frustration with working with clueless folks at this dealer. I have been shopping for a new C8 corvette since they came out, initially they had dealer markups for the high demand so I kept waiting. Earlier this year, majority of dealers, especially in the Atlanta area removed the dealer markup, this dealer advised they could get me a c8 with no markup in about 4-6 months. It was much quicker then the other dealers in the area. It ended up taking 8 months and the dealer blamed it on the strikes. Throughout the process, this dealer did not provide me with even one update, unless I requested it, when I would request an update, I would get a generic response. Frustratedj with the responses, I turned to the Corvette forums to see if this is how Chevy customer service normally is. Many sales folks from other dealers on the forum advised this dealer does not turn around many new Corvettes and are not familiar with the proper processes. From that point on, a sales person for another Chevy dealer provided me all future updates which were very detailed and accurate. The fact that a dealer that did not sell me the car provided better updates then this dealer that sold me the car blew my mind. When the car arrived on the truck, I was sent a video which was appreciated, from the video I noticed the high wing spoiler I ordered was not installed and on the car. The sales person advised Chevy would not accept the order with it. Not once throughout the process did the dealership advise me of this issue, I would have picked another wing or would have arranged to have the wing delivered to the dealer to install upon delivery. No communication at all from the dealer until I was ready to pick up the car. Then at the dealer, ready to pick up the car, they present me with a $5000 increase in the MSRP price and advised it was because they had to put me in a 2024 Corvette vs 2023. Again, not once through the process did they advise of this and that there would be a significant price increase. I find this out for the first time when I’m ready to make payment. Frustrated by the poor communication, missing spoiler, and $5000 increase, I voiced my opinion to the sales person, who brought over the sales manager. No apologizes, no empathy, nothing back from the sales person or manager. So I had them let me speak with the General Sales Manager. GSM was even worse, completely useless speaking with him. I had asked him to take $1300 off the sticker for the inconvenience and poor customer service and the GSM response was “should I even sell you the car.” I had no intentions to negotiate the deal or be a difficult customer. If they simply gave a heartfelt apology and would advised of their mistakes, I would have been fine, but in their eyes, they did everything right. I would stay far away from this dealer, especially if you are ordering a new car. Jim Ellis and Rick Hendrick are much better Chevy dealers in the Atlanta area. More
Bait and Switch: I wish I could leave 2 reviews. Sam the sales person was perfect. She was very kind. My wife has a brain injury and she spent tons of time with her being patient. She downloaded eve Sam the sales person was perfect. She was very kind. My wife has a brain injury and she spent tons of time with her being patient. She downloaded everything for her and made sure she was comfortable with everything. She spent a long time showing her how to use the features in her new car. She gets 10 stars. Now to the dealership. The complete opposite. If I could give negative stars I would. Everything about this deal was bad when dealing with the dealership. First, don't pay attention to any prices listed. It is all bait and switch. This car was a Christmas gift for my wife of 44 years and I would never have bought a car from these people except this is the one she wanted so a sucked it up and did it anyway. I buy tons of cars. I have a huge family, a business and a charity. A simple way to buy a car is search for ones like you want, look at the prices, choose the lower ones and then call multiple dealerships for the out the door price. Simple enough. This car was listed on the dealerships website and on Kelly Blue Book.com at $27585.00. The out the door price should be that price plus taxes and whatever fee the dealer charges for so called document fees. The out the door price on this car was quoted as $36,945.51. That is approximately a $7,000 markup. This is outrageous. When I pointed that out they said basically..tough. "Go around to all the other Chevrolet dealers and see what they will charge and we will try to match it." That is dishonest, illegal and immoral but that doesn't bother this dealership. Ultimately I gave them my other quotes and bought the car for much less than the $36,945.51 because my wife wanted it so badly, but still much more than the price quoted. However, I will never go back and suggest you drive a wide circle around this dealership. Also, if you do deal with them, completely ignore the advertised price. It means nothing. More
This place is terrible. (My 2023 Tahoe jumped into neutral while on the interstate. I couldn't shift, turn off the car completely, or turn it back on.) Originally it was a fuel pump control module - which was "on backorder with no ETA." I found out that they had the part for a month before I was told. Now, 2 months later, I was also told that wasn't the issue. But now I needed a new engine and radiator. They needed to complete a warranty application or something for the engine and the radiator was now "on backorder indefinitely." They had already been denied under the warranty because they didn't send in any paperwork showing any maintenance (ie., repairs, oil changes). They ended up ordering and, I’m assuming installing, the engine anyway. I wouldn’t know because they don’t call. The service department/dealership representative has called a total of two times in the three months. Once on the day of intake to find out the problem. A second time after they were told by GM to provide an update. At that time, I was told they needed proof of oil changes. But they weren’t planning on calling until they were told. Who knows how long they’ve been sitting on that? Now, 3 months later, still no resolution and no Tahoe. I was offered a rental - It is a small, base model Nissan sedan from Enterprise which I had to go pick up. When I asked whether I could get something more comparable to my Tahoe in order to fit my entire family I was told they wouldn't do anything, but I could pay the difference. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. More
