I am disappointed man, I truly am. Treated myself to a Chevy Traverse, a 2021 at that. A few DAYS go by and my brakes start squeaking every single time I slow down or stop. So, I took it in TWICE to get s Chevy Traverse, a 2021 at that. A few DAYS go by and my brakes start squeaking every single time I slow down or stop. So, I took it in TWICE to get serviced and it’s NOTHING they can do. I’m just stuck with this loud embarrassing sound and it’s just messed up as a customer they guarantee satisfaction to. I’m sure it’s a simple fix. They said it’s nothing wrong when it is, the noise is THERE, VERY DARN NOTICEABLE. They said GM said not to touch it because nothings wrong. I just gotta deal with the noise I guess. I am a unhappy customer. Thought that would count for something but it doesn’t. I was told I’d have to wait for Chevy to announce a recall which could take forever. Not right. Not right at all. More
