I brought my car in for an oil change and I had a problem with my computer screen and my transmission there was intermittent problems with them sometimes the computer screen would work and sometimes it would with my computer screen and my transmission there was intermittent problems with them sometimes the computer screen would work and sometimes it wouldn't for weeks at a time. The transmission was slow in shiftingI was told at the time I dropped it off that it would be quite a while so would they like me to take them somewhere and I said yes to the gym which was only 5 or 10 minutes away from the dealership I called him now or later to be picked up and I was told that the guy that was doing the shuttle was out picking up parts and wasn't sure if he's going to be back by 4:00 not and they weren't sure what's going to happen if he wasn't back by 4:00. So I walked back to the dealership and freezing weather without a coat. I was told then that my car would need to be back for service early in the morning so they could have more time to check for the intermittent problems they could check several times during the day. I told him I would like a car courtesy car because I wasn't going to go through the drop off problem again with the shuttle. Sorry schedule for another day with the courtesy car and then about 2 hours later I was called and told they couldn't give me the courtesy car until they found the problem actually was there.so I can bring the car in the morning and if I could go for a ride with them and it worked then they couldn't give me the courtesy car and if I didn't work they would give me the courtesy car. I guess they don't understand what the term intermittent means. I've purchased two cars through this dealership and been there with two other cars for years for service probably 10 years or more and have never had a problem. This visit was totally different. It'll really make me wonder whether or not I'll buy another car there I'm serious. The service person's name I believe was John More

Worst sales experience I’ve ever had. I was forced to cover a $1,000.00 rebate in cash despite the sale contract already being signed. The sales rep decided I was ineligible for the rebate after I alread cover a $1,000.00 rebate in cash despite the sale contract already being signed. He then threatened legal action if I did not pay the amount of the rebate in cash and when I said I would return the vehicle he told me it was too late and I couldn’t. More
