The service offered as an incentive to answer General Motors Quality Control survey was a free oil change and tire rotation. On 9/30/2020 I redeemed the offer at Mall Chevrolet. Upon completion of the Motors Quality Control survey was a free oil change and tire rotation. On 9/30/2020 I redeemed the offer at Mall Chevrolet. Upon completion of the service order I noticed that the tires had not been rotated. How do I know that? The right rear wheel and only the right rear wheel prior to service had curb damage scrape marks from an incident in January, 2020. Upon inspection after the service the same wheel was in the right rear position meaning it could not have been rotated. Also, the tire pressures before and after service were identical: Left front = 35, Right front = 36, Left rear = 37, Right rear = 37psi. In my loss of confidence on this aspect of service, how can I believe any of the other six services were provided? More
