Took car in to diagnose a problem. Was told I needed a new muffler. The estimate given was $1550. I took my car somewhere else and they did the job for $315.....that’s a huge difference. So Chevy charged me $65 for an oil change and $139 for diagnostics. The place I took my car after this Chevy experience gave me a free estimate and had the job done in 2 hours!!! Poor business. I will never bring my car to the Chevy dealership for service again. I feel like I should be refunded the &139 diagnostics fee!!! A $1200+ markup is BEYOND price gouging! I won’t give any workers a bad review because it is not their fault that Chevy has unreasonable prices!!! More

OUTSTANDING customer service! From the minute I stepped out of my car, there were sales consultants right there to help me. They were courteous, friendly and accommodating and they introduced me to the DBC out of my car, there were sales consultants right there to help me. They were courteous, friendly and accommodating and they introduced me to the DBC Manager who was also friendly, funny and knowledgeable. They all made me feel very comfortable. As far as the actual vehicle purchase, the 2020 Chevrolet Malibu RS model in Black Cherry Metallic ( which I absolutely ❤️) that I had been searching for was on the dealership lot at a good price, and I was offered a fair trade-in value for my car and a good purchase deal. Overall a very good experience, and will certainly recommend Mall Chevrolet to everyone!! More
