My sales guy added my new car to my old insurance company, and told me that guy was leaving at 5, and he couldn't do it, but had me go with a knew insurance company. Fast Service, Challenge for Parts Communication - I was waiting on a part for 3 weeks and had to proactively follow up twice to see if it was in.
