Service The service performed on my car was fine, but there are 2 problems that I had with my experience: (1) I was told that the work would take a littl The service performed on my car was fine, but there are 2 problems that I had with my experience: (1) I was told that the work would take a little more than an hour. It took almost 2 and 1/2 hours. An oil change and checking a tire sensor does not take that long. This is the second time that I was told my service call would be about an hour and it took over double the amount of time. Once again, the service performed was fine--it was the length of time that it took that was unsettling. (2) One of tire sensors was broken. The car is a lease and we had the 3 year "bumper-to-bumper" warranty plan on it. We were told that the warranty expired not even 2 weeks before the service call. Because of the Covid-19 virus, we have not been using the car nearly as often as we would have under normal conditions. So, our scheduled maintenance came much later than expected. There was no reason to bring the car in to service a tire sensor, and I was told our special circumstance would be taken into consideration by the manager. When we went to pay the bill, the sensor was discounted 20%. Maybe it's sour grapes on my part, but I feel that it should have been covered by the warranty. If there had been no virus, then the car would have been serviced a lot sooner and certainly covered. Once again, I'm not disappointed with the service that was done, but I am disappointed with how I feel I was treated. More

I was relieved to receive a repair time the same day I called. Upon arrival, your service representative pleasantly and Covid safely, took my info on the problem, informed me of the $139.00 diagnostic co called. My vehicle was repaired completely and on time. I was dropped off a little early for my vehicle and waited in your waiting room. Everyone was safely distancing; but furniture was not being re-sanitized as customers left to retrieve their cars. Not feeling great about that oversight. Also, when my vehicle was brought to me after repair; the driver did not wipe down the wheel, door, seat; etc More
