My only criticism (not of this dealership) is that GM should continue making this excellent car in Ohio with union workers. They closed that plant. Horrible decision in my view. I am not a crazy trumpian -- in fact I am way to the left of that. I just think we ought to keep a good thing going, and pay those great wages under union contracts with a vehicle made here. I probably won't buy another Cruze because they are not made in Ohio in a unionized plant any more. Pass this on to the board of directors or the most likely overpaid GM CEO. regards JL More

I got an oil change on Friday and had to drop my car off at 8am. Because of the Covid19 pandemic the dealership is short of staff but my car was ready in a few hours which I thought was going to be all day at 8am. ABS light and Traction Control light came on dashboard after car was sitting for 1 week. Mall Chevy found communication loss to TCM in fault history. Suspected low battery voltage on startup, could not du after car was sitting for 1 week. Mall Chevy found communication loss to TCM in fault history. Suspected low battery voltage on startup, could not duplicate my problem, which is no surprise, I could not duplicate it either. They changed electric regeneration profile so engine keeps battery almost fully charged at all times, not waiting for engine/alternator breaking events. It looks they got cause and fix right, problem has not happened again. Since One-Off faults are very difficult to find/fix I have to give them 5 stars for fixing mine. More

This was the mostn8mpersonable way of doing business I have ever experienced. No sanitizer . Staff not wearing masks. I had to wait outside . And no offer to deliver or pickup from service dept .
