Not going by my extended warranty I purchased a extended warrantee and they can’t seem to find it in the system and constantly have me sign papers stating that I have to pay for things I purchased a extended warrantee and they can’t seem to find it in the system and constantly have me sign papers stating that I have to pay for things ,that should be covered-really confused and I will not return for any further services -I have been a customer since 2013 so sad to go but they are more interested in me buying a new vehicle than fixing the problem More

The General Sales Manager Craig Colender was beyond helpful and more than willing to work with y Mall Chevrolet is a great dealer to do business with. The General Sales Manager Craig Colender was beyond helpful and more than willing to work with you. My salesman Jim Borgmann was also great to deal with and really made the whole process of buying a truck seamless and a real pleasure to deal with him and the entire dealership! Alex Nuzzi in the finance dept was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail and gave me great information when I had questions . Alex wasn’t trying to up sell products but rather was very honest and gave me great insight on what I should look at. I would highly recommend anyone I know who is looking to buy a vehicle to this dealership! More
