Great Customer Service! I was genuinely impressed with the Service Representatives. Service Manager John was exceptionally helpful with my multiple needs and concerns; transferring my My Chevrolet rewards points to my friend who also brought her car for service (Oil Change), and In addition to helping with the transfer of reward points, John help facilitate the programming of the remote key that was issue by Maple Shade Fiat when vehicle was purchased. Everyone was smiling and eager to assist! Keep up the Great Customer Service! More

I had called service spoke to John told him my daughters 2019 equinox engine light came on losing power. She was on 76 on our way to class in Conshohocken. When she got to her safe destination , John FaceTime her told her how to fix the problem temporarily to get her home , it worked no problem car was in the shop the next day got her in and out within an hour John your a Saint . Jim Daly, the service tech had it done within an hour. When it comes to your child you have no idea the pressure was taken off for me through their involvement. Thank you guys and God bless More

My first bad experience after 3 years I have been getting my car serviced here since I bought it used over 3 years ago, and havenever had a major problem until this past week. A few minor I have been getting my car serviced here since I bought it used over 3 years ago, and havenever had a major problem until this past week. A few minor issues in the past, ashes in my cup holder, back door interior panel looking like someone laid down in the back and had dirty boots resting on the door. To me that's minor crap, didn't even report it. My last visit the car was towed in. It had just died. Turns out it was the battery. They also installed a fuel sensor unit which had been ordered for me a few months prior( they never did call me to tell me it was in). When I brought the car in the fuel gauge was operational, when I picked it up it did not work. The fuel sensor unit basically tells the fuel gauge how much fuel is in the tank, yet before even looking at it again I was told it was no way related to the sensor being installed. More
