Comforting relaxed environment My salesman Joe made the process of leasing a new vehicle smooth. Very Poor Customer Service to Get you through the door. Debbie, I wanted to shoot you an email about yesterday. One of the most frustrating things in life and in business is when issues arise from a fai Debbie, I wanted to shoot you an email about yesterday. One of the most frustrating things in life and in business is when issues arise from a failure to communicate properly, or at all for that matter. It’s quite frustrating when we discuss the details of my situation and the numbers I’m needing for me to make a deal. I am told that your dealership would be likely to beat the offer I had at Kia despite me saying, several times, that I don’t believe that car we want is going to be able to get close enough off previous interactions. So, based on your word and insistence that you believe it’s possible, I commit to coming in at 5:30 pm…my fiancé and I get a baby sitter and take an hour out of our day to come to the dealership to find… A – You’re not the sales representative that we are working with. B – No one knows the details of the discussions I’ve had with you regarding the last Chevy Dealership and the offer from both Chevy and Kia. C – The reason they don’t know the details is because no one knows I’m even coming into the dealership. D – Not only is the dealership unable to get to the terms we discussed, they aren’t even in the same ballpark as we discuss. E – Also, since no one knew we were coming, We were there for about hour before hearing it wasn’t even close to possible (despite being told over the phone that you’d only need 15 minutes MAX to get me a quote/offer) F – Lastly, they couldn’t even find the car on the lot that we were there to look at…also, mainly because no one knew we were even coming. I don’t know you so I won’t presume to know the integrity standards at the dealership (many dealers will say/do anything just to get you in the door) or for you personally, but I’m hard pressed to have any faith in this dealer moving forward or feel anything other than insulted by yesterday’s events. Rowland was very patient and helpful as a sales representative despite my frustrations, but it was still time wasted for him and our my family. Best of luck moving forward. 2 starts instead of 1 Star because Rowland was very helpful even though he started helping us blind of the previous conversations. More
