I purchased my vehicle in January, I have been to the dealership almost every month with issues. I purchased a vehicle from a dealership so I wouldn't have to worry about mechanical issues. I would never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. After the first 60 days all the maintenance has been coming out of my pocket. More

Geral Manager Went to mall chevy looking to purchase used corvette. Car looked great.. Salesmen Bob Carbone was excellent. 1st issue - car wouldn't start(needed Went to mall chevy looking to purchase used corvette. Car looked great.. Salesmen Bob Carbone was excellent. 1st issue - car wouldn't start(needed new battery) 2nd issue- car would not shift into reverse on test drive (needed new gearshift selector) Went back 3 days later after they got the part to have my mechanic look car over and told salesman I was going to keep looking. As I was leaving someone (Dante V.) yells across the sales floor " How did you like the vette?" I responded I would be keep looking elsewhere. He proceeded to follow me outside and tell me that I had a bad attitude without even introducing himself to me. When I asked him who he was and questioned approaching a customer with his attitude, he told me "you're not a customer you didn't buy anything". Needles to say, I will purchase my corvette elsewhere. Don't need to be contacted by this dealership. More

Will Chadwick was GREAT; Robert Rae was a xxxxx Will Chadwick was great. Personable, honest, and patient. Felt he was on my side to purchase the vehicle. I had gone there multiple times and he didn't lay any major pressure although he was a little unfamiliar with the pricing. Obviously he knew I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. Then there's Robert Rae; impatient and hocked up on caffeine and cigarettes. Treated me like I was just another sale. Didn't even care if I was going to lease it, finance it, or buy it. He just wanted the sale. I might not make as much money as he does but I'm no slouch either. Unfortunately each time I went there, he was the guy Will had to speak with. Anyway, the main reason I won't come back is the way he treated his salesman. There were other dealerships with similar pricing but further away. The next time I purchase a vehicle, I'll probably travel farther to avoid Mall Chevrolet. More

Bob Carbone found me just the right car, with all the options I wanted, and even in a great color! He made sure to get me all the rebates to which I was entitled, and so the price was great too. The dealership even went above and beyond to help me get the most out of my new car -- for example, Bob and Tina Tomczak helped me to sync my iPhone to the car's system, and to activate the WiFi. NOT SURE IF THIS FINANCING DEAL WILL TURN INTO A 5 STAR I hope this review turns out to be a positive one, because I have never had this type of situation. I had a great buying experience with Will Chadwick I hope this review turns out to be a positive one, because I have never had this type of situation. I had a great buying experience with Will Chadwick. A rookie, but knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. All went well, with my picking a 2016 Tahoe. Now the questionable practice comes into play. I am asked if I want the extended warranty. The price wasn't presented to me. I didn't see the cost, because I was escorted by Jim Borgmann, I believe, to a separate room to sign ALL 14 pages. I should have taken the time to read ALL of them. Upon arriving home, I read them. I found out that I was going to pay $2990.00 for an extended warranty. I decided it wasn't what I wanted. The next day I returned to Mall Chevrolet, to fix this. I was delayed/made to wait for 45 minutes. I was then told I had to sign a cancelation notice/form. by Mr Borgmann. Which I did. I never received a copy of this form. I asked to have the pink Contract Form rewritten and Mr Borgmann said that was not possible and Mr Borgmann stated "at the end of the loan, you will see the refund". I have never had this situation happen to me, and hope that I can give a positive 5 star review "at the end of my loan". I would think that in our time of Social Media, all deals are on the up and up. More
