Very helpful in person, communication afterwards lacking I purchased a used 2015 Chevy Silverado from Mall Chevrolet. After inquiring online and setting up an appointment things flowed very smoothly and the I purchased a used 2015 Chevy Silverado from Mall Chevrolet. After inquiring online and setting up an appointment things flowed very smoothly and the staff was very helpful. Only issue I had was after the purchase of the vehicle while waiting for the real tags as I live in another state. Despite following up with the contact from the dealership there was no communication and the temporary tags expired before the real tags arrived. I was unable to drive the truck for around 5 days. I would advise checking how far out temp tags expire to get longer ones issued or a solid POC to work with. After contacting dealership manager they were very helpful and worked to advise me when they would arrive and did promptly. More

Great customer service but they let my tags expire. Went here on 3.18.16 to purchase a vehicle. My sales person was JJ, he was very nice and straightforward. Everything went smooth and they gave me the temporary registration/tag to place on the vehicle as I drove away and said you will receive the permanent ones in the mail before the temps expire. It expired yesterday 4/6/16 and I still have not received anything. I called a couple days before the temp plates expiration and got transferred to Maria, the title & registration department. She said we can't issue you an extension but "we will pay your tickets". "I called the bank and they said you're title wont be processed until 4/14/16". I was like wth. I live in NY and they are very strict on expired or no registration. Heavy fines and I am not going to risk getting pulled over or towed because of it. I will not go through the trouble or paperwork and dealing with the police of why i'm driving around with expired plates. I asked Maria, is that what you guys do? just tell customers "we'll pay your tickets?!" she was surprised and said "'ll have one of the managers call you back" Its been 2 full business days and NOONE has called me back. Now I can't even drive the vehicle I went there to buy for who knows how long. This dealership should have extended my temp plates or gave me a loaner, or even paid my first month's car payment. Now my new vehicle is sitting in the back of the driveway like its some sort of antique collecting dust instead of being driven. SMH. I'm never going back here or recommending this place. UPDATE: Today is 4/15/16 and I haven't been able to drive the $20k vehicle I purchased for 10 days now. Still waiting... More
