Rude sales person Went into Mall Chevy to see if they can help me. When I walked in I was greeted by a young salesman named Joe. Not sure of his last name. I explained Went into Mall Chevy to see if they can help me. When I walked in I was greeted by a young salesman named Joe. Not sure of his last name. I explained my situation and he introduced me to his sales manager I believe his name was Mike, very nice man. I did’t have my trade with me but I aggreed to have my credit run. Went with Joe to his desk and filled out the paper work. When the report came back the sales manager and Joe came back to me. The sales manager did all the talking saying that I should come back with my vehicle and see what they can work out. I said I would go home and speak to my wife. The sales manager said ok and I look forward to seeing you again. But when I said I wanted to speak to my wife Joe got this look on his face turned quickly and walked away with out saying a word and went right to his desk. I followed him to his desk and asked him what the difference was between the Traverse and the Arcadia. He answered very qiuckly “I only deal with the Traverse!”. I did go back with my vehicle. I told ths sales manager how I was treated by Joe and how I felt. He refered me to Jim Marks. He was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. More
Got sucked in! Purchased a 2014 Equinox March 2014, and at that time, I loved the vehicle. At time of purchase, the salesman, and his sales manager specifically and Purchased a 2014 Equinox March 2014, and at that time, I loved the vehicle. At time of purchase, the salesman, and his sales manager specifically and quite directly asked me to post a "10 out of 10' on this website. They confided that anything less than a 10 doesn't matter, and the dealership gets more discount coupons/deals from HQ if they get '10s' (they can provide better deals in the future if I give them a 10). Fast forward to my first oil change, I waited for almost 3 hours. During that wait, I had to listen to the service department cursing and bad mouthing other customers. I called a few days later to complain to GM Craig. He said their level of customer service in the entire dealership was bad at that time, and he was "working on it". Next oil change, waiting in the dealership, and a salesman from the showroom floor comes down cursing about a co-worker. I approached the salesman and asked for some professionalism. He said he was upset because one of the techs did not do his job and sent a young driver out in an unsafe vehicle (for failing to check something). Ugh! Not what you want to hear from your dealership. Summer 2014 dashboard lights randomly blink. Fall 2014, radio does not work in cold weather, and vehicle runs rough. I call the GM Craig and ask if I can speak with him when I bring my vehicle in for service, he agrees. January 2015, I am told the vehicle is fixed, it needed a random "update. When I spoke with Craig and told him of the offensive language every time I am there, he told me it was the "culture" of the industry. *sigh* My Equinox's radio still does not work in cold weather, the dash board lights still randomly blink, the vehicle still runs really rough, and I don't want to speak with the dealership anymore. DO NOT USE MALL CHEVROLET!!! More
JJ was the bomb dot come I came to the dealer not quite sure I would buy, however when I got out of my car and started looking JJ came out to greet me. First visit to the service center I had my 2015 Chevy Cruze serviced for regular maintenance covered under warranty. I had the tires rotated & adjusted to the correct pressure and the I had my 2015 Chevy Cruze serviced for regular maintenance covered under warranty. I had the tires rotated & adjusted to the correct pressure and the oil & oil filter changed. They also completed a multipoint inspection and filled my windshield washer fluid. This was my first time at the service center and I could not believe that I was in and out in only 45 minutes. The staff was friendly and the service was quick yet thorough. More

Great Experience Jim was an excellent salesman. He asked what can we do to make you happy. He met the price I wanted gave me an excellent value for my trade, and even Jim was an excellent salesman. The way he spoke to me was unbecoming for the position he holds as a "sales manager". When a customer is unhappy the manager should defuse the situation, not throw fuel on the fire as he did. I don't appreciate having my keys handed back to me and being told, "don't walk away - drive - it will be faster". The sales team seems very different since he became manager. I didn't feel welcome and I will not go back to or recommend Mall to anyone. More
