I was sold but my husband has the budget so the two of them worked out some great numbers, a short time later I drove out with my early Christmas present! I visited this dealership after viewing their extensive in stock vehicles on-line. As probably most people do now-a-day, I have an extremely busy schedule, so Mall's current internet inventory with actual in stock vehicles on-line. As probably most people do now-a-day, I have an extremely busy schedule, so Mall's current internet inventory with actual vehicle photos saved me time from having to walk numerous dealer lots. I inquired about a vehicle on-line and received a follow up phone call within an hour and made an appointment for a few days later. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly and introduced to Ben Bangura. I had searched the internet for weeks prior, and had located another vehicle that I was interested in, which I showed to Ben. While discussing, Ben had the original vehicle that I had inquired about, brought up front for me to look at. Not being 100% satisfied, I pointed out a few options that were missing. Within minutes a second vehicle was brought up, but again, not exactly what I had wanted. We went back inside and the sales team did a dealer search for my vehicle. After a while, I was presented with a few vehicles that met my search criteria and my selection was made. I returned later that week (due to my schedule) and the vehicle was there and ready to go. Overall I was impressed that Mall took the time to listen when I said it wasn't what I wanted, verses trying to sell me into something I didn't want. The transaction was short and to the point. After giving my information I test drive my vehicle with Diego who was extremely friendly. I originally wanted a black or white vehicle which was in stock but, The Chevy cruise 2014 came in a blue color but when it’s sunny outside it look purple which automatically caught my eyes, the best part about this car is not only does it drive very smooth but it is so comfortable I fell in love with this vehicle. It has so many great features.The price was great i am very comfortable with my payments which is a plus. I am still very cheesy about my car I purchased. But enough about my wonderful car; I would love to say I appreciate Diego because he not only delivered excellent customer service but he was determined to make sure I walk out with this vehicle. I have been too many other dealers searching to buy a car and no one showed as much determination as Diego did to make sure I walked out with a brand new car that I absolute love.
