This is the first car I have ever bought so I was a little hesitant going into it. But I was very satisfied with the customer service from both John Daly and Frank Fasola. In my original posting, on 8/6/11, I sort of blew my top over my missing second key. Three days after that, I had the second key in my hand. Mall Chevrolet also sent me a check for the cost. sent email to three dealers at 8:15 in the morning, by 8:30 received phone call from mall chevrolet. I told Dan what I was looking for,also told him Iwas going to three other dealers first,but that Iwas 8:30 received phone call from mall chevrolet. I finally showed up three hours later, and exactly what Dan told me was sitting in the driveway, but I didn't like the color, but without no pressure or lies he showed me a Black Chevy Avalanche LTwZ71 Package. From the first phone call to pricing to the end of deal there was never any pressure,lieing or hageling. This was the best experience that I ever had at any car dealer in my lifetime and I owned alot of trucks and cars in 35 years. One Saturday around 12PM the brakes on my '09 Aveo started to make this horrible grinding noise. I had a very important meeting at 3PM that day and it wasn't a very good time to have a car problem. I drove to Mall Chevy and went to the service dept. without an appointment. They said they were booked heavy that day with appointments and did't have a full service crew as it was Saturday. Well they found the time not only to fix my problem, they also got my car fixed quickly and didn't even charge me. I made my meeting on time that day and if it wasn't for Mall Chevy I would have missed it. The service department came through again! Thanks a million guys! More

Horrible dealer. Their offer was over $1500 more than other dealers in the area, and they kept trying to tell me this was because of 'hidden fees' and that they're the 'honest guys'. When the sales rep called me back a few days later I told him I wasn't interested and he became very nasty over the phone with me. I can't believe how unprofessional he was. I will make sure everyone I know is aware of not going to this dealer when car shopping! More
