Gave Mall Chevy a chance despite what Ive always heard. Unfortunately, my sales experience was definitely lacking! The salesman didn’t even bother to go over anything in the vehicle or even mention to me Unfortunately, my sales experience was definitely lacking! The salesman didn’t even bother to go over anything in the vehicle or even mention to me all discounts I qualified for (military discount) and get this we are both veterans! Luckily, the finance department did mention it and it was greatly appreciated, As for service, I brought my brand new car there a couple days later with low tires to have the nitrogen topped off. They put plain air in although the tires are clearly marked for nitrogen and nobody even bothered to say anything to me about it! I emailed the service manager as the tires were still low and thats how I found out while he couldn’t have cared any less about it. Thanks for nothing. I’ll bring my car elsewhere from now on. More
