I initially saw a yelp review of a poor score for Mall Chevrolet, however I needed to drop my car for service while I was out of town and Mall Chevrolet was the closest. I left my car there with writt Chevrolet, however I needed to drop my car for service while I was out of town and Mall Chevrolet was the closest. I left my car there with written instructions on what my concern was on the drop off overnight envelope, verbalized and emailed. The technician could not find the problem, however it's a consistent clicking in the front tire area when I turn my wheel to the right or left while moving and it can definitely can be heard. After asking them three times to check again they claim they never heard anything, however they made an adjustment which should have stop the noise. The noise was reduced, however not eliminated. I asked for a quote for 4 tires, however I haven't received it as of yet. I was told by my advisor run flat tires could not be fixed if they had a leak it had to be replaced however another tire shop told me differently. Who should I believe? I do understand no tire can be replaced if the leak is coming from the side wall however to my knowledge that's not my case. There's also a noise when I apply brakes now understandably that noise is not consistent however it is still making the noise. My vehicle has 11,200 miles on it and it is a 2018. Low mileage for the issues, however nothing could be resolved to my satisfaction. I have an appointment to take it back on Wednesday morning for the squeaky noise in the brakes, however I understand if it doesn't make the noise as I'm informed there's nothing they can do. I asked when picking up my vehicle if they wash the car and I was told they don't offer that service and no other dealers do. I'm not interested in what other dealers do I'm only interested in Mall Chevrolet and getting my car wash after being serviced. Steve D Reese 678-380-9500 More
