I came to pick up my tags with a smile! Spoke to my salesman and he ignored me until I walked over to him, to ask about the detail that was promised to me when I came to pick up my tags. I couldn’t believe a sales man got upset with me about a previous review! He was very very rude. My review was my truth, and it wasn’t even a bad review just my truth. I have great experiences previously. I was too upset to get my car detailed, when I purchase the car… My salesman expressed that the detail staff were left for the night & I accepted that. Even during Covid I accepted that! MY CAR WAS SANITIZED OR CLEAN DURING PURCHASE! I was told the previous owners barley used it and barely sat in the back seat! I’m not sure why! Today was very Unprofessional and I wasn’t able to get my car detailed (1 month after purchase) because I didn’t want to stay at a dealership with a hostile environment. I chose to leave, still in shock. No matter what my experience is no customer should be approached in a hostile way about a review that was honest and my experience even if you don’t agree! I did have a great experience with the Cashier who was able to get my tags on. I just referred 2 people and will be asking them not to purchase because I don’t want them to be treated the way I was today because they are my friends and no one should have to deal with a temper from a car salesman and be told “you shouldn’t have purchase the vehicle if you didn’t want it” or “I was told by my manager about your review” that’s beyond unprofessional! Even with my review no one followed up about me even being misinformed to ask what I needed clarity on. Which I did express to my salesman. This is very unfortunate, this salesman was highly respected by my family. More
