Finally, Magdelena, the finance guru, did nothing short of magic with finding a phenomenal loan rate (beating my own Credit Union by more than a point) and was able to find a way to include a warranty to ease my mind (my previous truck had just died an untimely death due to a very expensive mechanical failure) while keeping my payments right where I had calculated they would be without warranty with my own financing. This team, along with the genuine good natured spirit of all the people I met at this dealership, earned my respect. This is the second vehicle I've purchased here and I'm sure it won't be my last. This is my second car i have purchased from Mall of GA Dodge and both times have been a pleasant experience. The salesman was great this experience. My only suggestion i could make to improve customer service is to speed up the buying process. I understand that buying a car nowadays requires much more paperwork preperation than it used to be. I had been looking for a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I found a wonderful Jeep on their website. From the moment I called Tom Sliger I was taken care of.
