This is my second car i have purchased from Mall of GA Dodge and both times have been a pleasant experience. The salesman was great this experience. My only suggestion i could make to improve customer service is to speed up the buying process. I understand that buying a car nowadays requires much more paperwork preperation than it used to be. I had been looking for a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I found a wonderful Jeep on their website. From the moment I called Tom Sliger I was taken care of. The only issue I had with the car was that is had been smoked in by the previous owner, but Tom was able to get the smell of the smoke out of the car. This went a long way in minimizing the amount of time we spent at the dealership. Those of you with kids will appreciate that.
