Brought my rubicon in for a couple issues and maintenance, and was truly impressed with how good of a job they did. This dealership is CROOKED. They tried to charge my husband $1,000+ for an "inspection fee" and stated that the fee was required by the state of Georgia to apply for the tag. Um, NO that is a lie. I used to be a loan processor for many years and know that the state only requires an $18.00 title application and the TAVT (Title Ad Valorem) fee. After I called them out on it they said that they can "waive" the fee. When my husband asked if he can take a picture of the buyer's order, the sales guy said "No" which is their way of trying to hide the fact that they tried to scam him. MAKE SURE YOU CAREFULLY REVIEW THE FEES ON YOUR BUYER'S ORDER, AN "INSPECTION FEE" IS NOT REQUIRED FOR YOU TO REGISTER YOUR VEHICLE IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA. DO NOT let these money hungry xxxx bags take advantage of you. ALSO, don't believe the dealership when they tell you can't refinance your loan before 3 months, that's another LIE. You can refinance your loan at any time. More
What a ride!! We had no intention of buying a car when we pulled into the dealership to look at a Jeep Wrangler. Ms. Terrie Miller stepped out to greet us- not pushy- just friendly and helpful!! We test drov pulled into the dealership to look at a Jeep Wrangler. Ms. Terrie Miller stepped out to greet us- not pushy- just friendly and helpful!! We test drove the Jeep and then went in to talk about options. We actually left the dealership for lunch and came up with our parameters- they met every single one!! We couldn’t say no. Terrie took great care of us and advocated for us. The finance manager, Joe, was also kind, helpful, and straight forward. Fabulous folks! We will send friends and family here to buy their next car! This place has HORRIBLE customer service. They sell cars that issues. The car we bought in March has gone back to their service center 6 times now, but the issue is still not resolved. Jason, manager on duty, gave me the middle finger when trying to ask why he didn’t have a rental for my handicap father to use while they take two days to put leather seats in. He bought a brand new 2020 trying to ask why he didn’t have a rental for my handicap father to use while they take two days to put leather seats in. He bought a brand new 2020 RAM a week prior, asking them to order leather to be put in. Still no rental or alternative. Though, it’s been requested. Told me it wasn’t apart of the deal and advised me to get out of his dealership.Very unprofessional staff here at Mall of GA CDJR. I’m sure the GM (or even their high-ups) would love to see the camera footage of that this morning around 1000. I would highly discourage anyone from buying a car/ truck/ SUV from Mall of GA CDJR. There are more dealerships than I can mention within 5 miles of this dealership. BEWARE. Also, I called at 0900, opening time, and management was unavailable. Worst car buying experience ever. Don’t buy into their “Customer Bill of Rights”. More
