Ed Voyles in Marietta All 3 were Ok to Good., but MoGA was fantastic! It came highly recommended by my neighbor and they had THE perfect ride and provided a fantastic experience. My Salesperson was Jeffrey Patrick who was extremely professional, courteous and perfectly pleasant. He made the entire process seamless. I knew exactly the Jeep that I wanted at the price I wanted and he honored it with 0 hassles. The Finance team of a dealership is my least favorite because they take too long and scare you to death about ext. warranties and more. This dealership is completely different. For starters I got a great rate from my CU, and the only question they asked was would I allow them to match it? They matched it with Capital One and the entire process took less than 30 minutes. I have never been in and out of a dealership so quickly. HIGHLY recommend it. More

Extremely Bad Experience In December 2017, I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership for my daughter who is in medical school in Virginia. We told the sales person that In December 2017, I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership for my daughter who is in medical school in Virginia. We told the sales person that we were buying the vehicle from that she was taking it out of state and we had an extensive discussion about how we would handle the required emissions test without her having to drive the vehicle back to Georgia each year. Approx. 10 days after she went back to Virginia, they contacted her and said they weren't able to tag the vehicle because they didn't complete the emissions test on it, which then caused her to have to go through a long drawn out process to get a waiver from the "Clean Air Force" since she was back in school and not able to drop everything to come back to Georgia. The dealership never even apologized for causing this mess. Fast forward to late 2018, my daughter was having issues with the air conditioning in the vehicle and there was also an engine knocking noise, so she took it to a dealership up in Virginia to get it looked at and was told that the $2,595.00 extended warranty that was sold to us at the time we purchased the vehicle couldn't be honored outside of Georgia. She drove home for the holidays and we made an appointment at Mall of Georgia Chrysler to have the work done. They told us that they couldn't work on it and that we would need to take it to a Subaru dealership. The only Subaru dealership in the area that honored the warranty package didn't have any appointments available until after New Year's and my daughter had to head back to school on January 2nd. I went to the dealership on 1/2/19 to cancel the warranty package since it is of no use to my daughter and again, no apologies were made for fraudulently selling us something that we couldn't use. I called the warranty company on 1/9/19 and they said that they hadn't received the cancellation request from the dealership, so I contacted the dealership (had to call them twice) and when they finally called me back, the person I spoke with was extremely RUDE. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE ELSE BUYS FROM THEM EITHER. More

Dropped in to look And left with a 2018 JL My wife had recently totaled her 2017 Wrangler. We stopped in to just look at the new JL. Two things happened that lead to us leaving in a new one. Two things happened that lead to us leaving in a new one. 1st Ryan took time to show here a couple of different ones and let her test drive one. He spent a lot of time with us and was not pushy. 2nd They happened to have exactly what she wanted. Upon arriving at the store I told Ryan we just wanted to look, but he still took the time to answer questions and show us the product. Then after having exactly what she wanted they were able to make the numbers work. Great experience and I would definitely return. More
