Needed a replacement smart key for a recently purchased Ford Edge. MoG's customer service was excellent, as was the speed and quality of the work performed. I had to bring my car in to Mall of GA Ford three times for the same issue because it was a difficult problem to pinpoint. Although these were not ideal circumstances, Cason really took care of everything for the same issue because it was a difficult problem to pinpoint. Although these were not ideal circumstances, Cason really took care of everything very well! He put me in a rental from MOG Ford the second and third times I had to bring the car in, and he communicated well with me throughout the service visits. I've waited to discuss my visit(s) in survey form, etc. until the car was fully fixed. It seems that the problem is fixed...🤞Great job Cason and MOG Ford service for making it right!
