After being pleasantly greeted, the experience went down hill. It seemed like there was a disconnect between technician and representative. My car (2018 Ford Focus SE) needed the engine replaced (This was the 2nd time being replaced under 4yrs) , they forgot to put the cover back on my engine, also the lid for windshield washer fluid, but whe (This was the 2nd time being replaced under 4yrs) , they forgot to put the cover back on my engine, also the lid for windshield washer fluid, but when the car was returned to me there was pollen everywhere inside my car (I never leave my windows down) and the gas tank was exactly where I left it on a qt of the tank, milage was the same as well. So how did the test drive go? The courtesy vehicle is only covered for 10 days but yet you cannot get your own vehicle back because they didn't finish, they didn't have the parts in stock, they did cut corners so the job was done faster instead making sure everything was done right the first time and makes sure you return the courtesy vehicle with a full tank, how about the same in return? Also paying for a courtesy vehicles if pass the 10 days? when you don't have any other vehicle to drive to and from your job in order to pay for the car they need to rent plus paying for the service that it needed, which was also under warranty not even a full 2 years prior. Since the Ford motor had to be replaced 2x under 4 years. Shouldn't Ford take their lemon made vehicle and fully replace it with a safe, reliable vehicle? isn't about keeping your costumers safe on the roads that your own family/friends travel on? I'm becoming more disappointed with Ford services, you may make your sales but suck at trying to keep up with services. I still managed to keep my patient, delt with the attitudes, the run around with the calls, the excuses, the sloppiness of how this was handled and I personally wouldn't recommend Ford. I'm highly disappointed. • Isn't the meaning of a courtesy vehicle definition an automobile provided by a garage or repair shop for use while one's own car is being repaired. To charge your costumers for misfortune that the factory/dealer ship made is horrible in general. More
