I didn't want to leave a review because I had a horrible experience at this dealer, but I keep being harrassed with messages to leave one. I bought a brand new truck from this dealer and it was having an is experience at this dealer, but I keep being harrassed with messages to leave one. I bought a brand new truck from this dealer and it was having an issue with the inforainment less than 3 months later. I brought the car to this dealer and they did a check and told me to bring it back because I told them this is the only vehicle I had. When I brought it back they wanted to hold the vehicle for 2 days... I told them again that wasn't possible because it's the only car I had. They did not have any loaners. I was confused as to why they wouldn't look at the vehicle the day they told me to bring the vehicle back in. They said in order to put a claim in they he to replicate the issue and some how couldn't? The issue was happening constant with the infotainment so I don't even think anyone was really looking at it. The advisor was good at setting expectations and I was understanding of the situation but I bought the truck from this dealer and wanted them to fix it. I asked to speak with the manager to see if there was anything else that could be done. The service manager was rude. He told me to take my business to another dealership and that is exactly what I was going to do. I live less than 5 minutes from a dealership and if I felt it beast to go there I would have. The manger told me to stay and see what their guy could do. I sat in the dealership for 6 hours for them just to tell me there wasn't a fix to the issue yet. I've still been waiting for some sort of update, but I have spoken to another dealer who is more willing to look at ways to fix the issue. The other dealership was able to replicate the issue. So I will not be bringing my vehicle back here for service. More
Everything went great from the making of the appointment to the service itself being done quickly and professionally. Over my lifetime, I've dealt with numerous dealers, both Ford and otherwise. I've bought my last two Fords from Mall of Georgia Ford and they've been great to work with. Recently, I had a transmission leak Ford and otherwise. I've bought my last two Fords from Mall of Georgia Ford and they've been great to work with. Recently, I had a transmission leak on my 2019 Taurus. There are several Ford dealers closer to my house than MOG Ford, but none of them seemed interested in helping me with my transmission issue. In fact, I discovered that some Ford dealers won't even work on transmissions! Expecting to hear that there would be a one- or two-month wait to have my car looked at (which I was quoted by some of the other dealers), Mall of Georgia Ford went out of their way to help me out, and even set me up with a loaner vehicle while my Taurus was being repaired. It's nice to know that there are some dealers still in existence that believe in customer service. Thanks, MOG! More
