Will never use ever again. I did not appreciate the way I was talked to by mr. sterling. I did not like how my car was handled. I then was told serval time the ptu went out because of tire tread. I had another mechanic take a look once I got my car back. The ptu didn’t go bad because of tired tread. It went bad due to a bad seal. You people must be hurting for money so bad that you tried to convince me that my tired tread cause a part to go bad! Well news flash I’m not some dumb xxxxx that you can tell whatever to. More

Every time I take my car in for service they break my horn. Also, in this last go around they recommended a radiador flush only to cause bigger issues where I had to then pay them an additional $700 for horn. Service at this dealership varies. The worst experience I had was dealing with a recall. The parts took a long time to get there and the dealership did not know what to do with them once they had them. T I had was dealing with a recall. The parts took a long time to get there and the dealership did not know what to do with them once they had them. They told me to make an appointment to come in. I did that. Showed up and they sent me to another facility. I got to that shop and they said they don’t do that type of work and told me to go back to the shop. I drove back only to be told that they had to contact Ford to find out how to install the roof window on my 2016 transit connect titanium. The best service I had was when they helped me get my keys back that I left in the Lyft vehicle. I have to admit that the service has gotten slightly better since the first of this year. Hopefully that will be a trend as I have to take the connect in for another recall. More
