Bought my car certified used back in Feb 2020. Have taken the car in a few times for service and was promised a Full detail since it wasn't done on the day of purchase. Each time I picked the car up we were the car in a few times for service and was promised a Full detail since it wasn't done on the day of purchase. Each time I picked the car up we were told they didn't get to detail it again! Disappointing! Also, we have had issues on and off with the navigation system not syncing with our phones and apps not always working (Intermittently). Apparently since the issue hasn't been duplicated while at the service dept Ford will not do anything about it other than a master reset. Frankly we are tired of discussing it. We were told to get a phone and record it when it happens. Hard to do when your driving! We were excited about our Escape but not so much anymore. The service techs and advisors are courteous. More

Service is unaware is what’s covered under warranty and what’s not. Had my raptor for over 30 days and still didn’t fox the issue.
