But the service I received from Mall of Georgia Ford was awesome. I actually work in the automotive field and can say that Alan Greene and the Mall of Georgia Ford service department is among the highest in professionalism and accommodations. If you have a need for maintenance or the unfortunate situation of needing repair, I recommend giving this repair facility a shot. I was pleasantly surprised and will be returning. More
Poor service I have had my F 150 serviced here since it was new in 2013. Items on every 10,000 mile service are over looked including one occasion when the oil was I have had my F 150 serviced here since it was new in 2013. Items on every 10,000 mile service are over looked including one occasion when the oil wasn’t even changed. Things like dirty battery cables ignored. Windshield washer fluid left empty on two occasions. I cringe every time I go in. Nice people. Just can’t get it together. More

It has not been fully remedied due to scheduling issues. But Charlie promised a full refund of my 225 dollars spent on a tire rotation that was not fully remedied. And also pay for my scheduled appointment on July 15th for a tire rotation and a wheel alignment. Thank you Charlie for your help. More
