This place has shady dealings. When I called Tyler to further inquire as to how the diagnostic test was necessary. I was told that my vehicle was over the maximum amount of mileage allowed for the recall (not a real thing). What kind of dealership doesn’t want to service its customers? I reached out to four Corp. and was instructed to you try another dealership which didn’t have any of the hassle I experienced here. The check engine light is continuously coming on my new Ford truck signaling a problem with the evaporative fuel system.
