I took my vehicle in for an oil change with a 7:00 am appointment, first one in line for the day. I showed up at 6:45 am. At 9:00 am I went looking for the service person handling my work order. The work was completed at 9:30 am and no explanation for the delay was given. No one from the dealership approached me the entire time to warn me of a delay. I will find a different dealer or service center to handle my oil changes in the future. More
