The service performed was done correctly and I am happy with that. However, it went from a one to two day job to taking over a week due to unforeseen delays. And I am cognizant things happen, but it’s the with that. However, it went from a one to two day job to taking over a week due to unforeseen delays. And I am cognizant things happen, but it’s the fact I was told they had a singular person able to fix my issue (engine oil pan gasket) that doesn’t make sense. Only one person can fix this issue at a time? Odd. It was an inconvenience to not have a vehicle for a week and when asked about a loaner, none were available and I was told I could be put on a waiting list. As I said before, the service to my vehicle so far has been satisfactory, but the customer service is why this is a 3 star rating. I’m not asking for handouts but it would’ve been a nice gesture to comp some of the labor when that was $1,500 of the $2,000 repair. More
