Should not have taken 65 days to repair my car Due to back up in trans dept. After about 55 days, I was finally offered a loaner car but I should have been given one at drop off of my car especially know back up in trans dept. Made appointment to bring car in to check antifreeze leak. Kept up with location on my ford app. Car did not move until 3rd day, when I received call telling me they couldn’t find the leak?! Carried it to another ford dealership and they called me within 2 hours to let me know where the leak was coming from. Not sure why I had to make appointment if they are not going to work on until 2 days after appointment. More
