Went in with no check engine light and when I got the car back I had one, when I called to ask about it I was told to go to autozone to get the code read. Firstly, special thanks to Brian, who checked my vehicle in and wrote up my ticket and kept me updated during my last visit. And special thanks to the gentleman from the repair/tech area (repair specialist in and wrote up my ticket and kept me updated during my last visit. And special thanks to the gentleman from the repair/tech area (repair specialist/master mechanic…) who ordered new keys for me a year or so ago. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and overall provided great service. (He came from the back area where the cars are actually serviced.) I usually receive great service from service techs that physically write up/check-in and monitor customer vehicles and the repair specialists/mechanics. The front service desk personnel and repair specialists (techs/mechanics) have always been courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Unfortunately , some of the accounting clerks/cashiers at the back desk (payment counter) could be more professional and courteous. They’re not all bad, but one bad apple could turn away customers forever. And, that’s not just my opinion, I watched them on different occasions be rude to other customers or just ignore someone that was standing waiting patiently. They could have at least said “Sir/Ma’am could you please have seat…we’re stuck on a situation.”, or “I’ll be with you in just a moment. Thanks for your patience.” …common courtesy. There were just a couple apples that need trimming at the MOG location. Perhaps they just need a refresher course on proper customer service at the payment counter. Thanks a million to the front service managers, repair specialists (mechanics), and the other/Good 1 or 2 cashiers (if they’re both still there, they work different days or areas) that are courteous and professional. Also, we appreciate the wonderful waiting area with snacks, water, charging ports, clean restrooms, etc. 👍 More
Recent visit was difficult. Communication was poor and part was held up/lost. Had my car for a week and I needed it back over weekend so I had to pick it up and bring it back w Communication was poor and part was held up/lost. Took 4 hrs. Think they need more help or to take less vehicles a day. Will give them another try though. More
