The follow up on a simple tire replacement has been completely ignored, lost complete communication with our agent. I was charged $600 for water leak and middle break light replacement in ceiling. Once I took it home it rained several days later and leaked again in ceiling. I brought it back and was told it would cost $1 replacement in ceiling. Once I took it home it rained several days later and leaked again in ceiling. I brought it back and was told it would cost $1,600 for rear window replacement. I advised I could not lt that much. I then took my vehicle to advanced auto and bought $6.00 silicone and beaded the middle break light. It rained several days later and NO LEAK!! I fixed it for $6 dollars. Shame on your dealership. So much money and time spent to only fix it myself. More
I’m still having steering issues with my vehicle , steering wheel shakes and pulls to the right. Also when I picked up vehicle I had a flat tire, I told my service advisor and she fixed it quick. It was my first visit to Mall Of Georgia Ford service center. Being from out of state and from a Ford dealer myself, I was a little hesitant and concerned about where I would find good service.
