Bought a new expedition max in Dec 2022 and the entire process felt stressed. I wasn't made to feel at ease about the transaction. Benjamin and Alan were very helpful in getting my truck back on the road with as little cost to me as possible. I had to have my differential rebuilt for a second time. Unfortunately due to warranty constr back on the road with as little cost to me as possible. I had to have my differential rebuilt for a second time. Unfortunately due to warranty constraints it wasn’t repaired to like new condition the first time and the carrier bearings started to go out. Now it is right and drives like new again with a full warranty. More

Benji in the service department is not very responsive. Matt has been helpful. My car was dropped off Monday night 1/23/23. Took them unto Friday 1/27/23 to diagnose. Had it at a dealership in Mississippi Matt has been helpful. My car was dropped off Monday night 1/23/23. Took them unto Friday 1/27/23 to diagnose. Had it at a dealership in Mississippi Monday morning 1/23/23 - they were able to diagnose the problem in 2 hours. They said I needed a new engine. Mall of Georgia Ford said it needs EGR part. I do hope that is the proper diagnosis. I will say I’m very thankful for the loaner car given to me on Tuesday 1/24/23. More
