Worst customer service at a Ford service center. 1 star is way to much credit. A negative rating would be accurate. I feel like such a fool for wasting my time and giving the Mall of Ga Ford Serv 1 star is way to much credit. A negative rating would be accurate. I feel like such a fool for wasting my time and giving the Mall of Ga Ford Service Center multiple attempts in hopes of improvement. It’s only gotten worse. Go to the Ford dealership in Cumming is my advice to everyone. Mall of Ga Ford should meet with management at Billy Howell to implement a plan to better customer service.
