Mall of Georgia Ford - Service Center

The cost for service is outrageous $7500 for a tune up and catalytic converter replacement on a 2005 F150. To make matters worse they totally missed a major repair that needed to get completed. I denied the repairs because that cost was insane. I went to another repair shop and it was only $775 for the catalytic converter replacement. I was able to get the entire engine rebuilt for the cost that Ford wanted for their repair. Never going here again. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is the customer rep was polite. 1 thing went well. More

Service team excellent! Sales team 0 they seemed uninterested and left myself and another customer waiting over 20 min I finally left. I am in the market however your sales team needs training. Last time same thing he said he would get a key and came back with another trucks key I didn't want to see. We waited in the heat over 20 min just to see a truck I did not want to see. The lady at the front was friendly but said she only answers the phone when asked if you had a show room. I love Ford!
