My Truck has an extended warranty purchased at a ford dealership and the and the service adviser treated it like it was my responsibility to work with them and it was a huge pain for him to do it... stat dealership and the and the service adviser treated it like it was my responsibility to work with them and it was a huge pain for him to do it... stating that it would take at least an hour and a half. Also the issues I'm having are intermittent. the truck door sensor thinks the door is open and the running boards deploy. So the running board on the passenger side constantly deploy then pull in on every start and stop. I have taken it in to service no less that 4 times for this. One time they kept it for a week and couldn't find the issue then tried to charge me for the week worth of car rental. Another time I brought it in with the issue happening, service advisor saw it, and by the time they took it back it was working again. I have asked for this issue to be elevated and was told that there was nothing they can do. More
