Service was not performed as indicated. When speaking to the service advisor he failed to take responsibility placing the blame on technicians. I understand he is not the one performing the service, however he is the liaison for the service department. He was very carefree and nonchalant in addressing my concerns. Eventually the service manager was able to address my concerns. Incidentally, the same issue was detected less than 4 days leaving the shop. More

Always super friendly interactions with the folks in the service department here, and given the busyness of the service department on that particular day, my service was completed in a timely manner. The only blemish on this service was not being notified of any other additional services if needed - i.e. my rear windshield wiper is really old and falling apart, and there was not a suggestion made to replace it. Otherwise, great service here all around, thank you!! One other thing - I created an online profile account for service here, and I was unable to link my VIN to it, if we can get that fixed somehow.
